Two New Coaching Homes Added
High School – Bankadaha High School Coaching Home [AALO -40]
Bankadadha village, Bankura becomes our newest location for AALO-40 High School Coaching Home. It is 10 KM from Bishnupur railway station, which is about 3 1/2 hours by rail from Kolkata. Our Home is on the Matri Bhavan High Way which connects Joyrambati and Medinipur.
Classes are held at the premises of Mallabhum Adibasi Sagen Gauta Club in an area where the population is mostly Adibasis and low income families. Within a 5KM radius there is only one high school whose students we will serve.
Primary – Hijaldiha Primary Coaching Home [AALO -39]
Our newest Primary Coaching Home has opened in the premises of Hijaldiha Vivekananda Seva Samity, Bankura. This cluster location already hosts one Computer Center, one High School Coaching Home and a vocational training facility, all sponsored by Lily Foundation. Announcement
Lily Appreciation Dinner 2015 – September 12th at Park Plaza Tower
Lily Foundation’s Annual Gala event is approaching fast. We should never miss this once-a-year opportunity to freely socialize over a drink, while simultaneously help our joint community effort to support the unfortunate students back home.
This year we will honor one of our Indian community leaders in Dallas for his contribution, which was recognized by the Govt of India with a Padma award. Also, we will hear from one young entrepreneur (Shark Tank winner) about an innovation for those that are deprived of the minimum public utility service.
The dinner menu has been well-crafted by the specialists and the connoisseurs for the best exotic super menu of all times (really!) after much deliberation and several revisions.
At the end, you are the ultimate evaluator. Come with friends and family not to miss this one of a kind fun. Learn more

AALO Homes News
STUDY HOME’s First Alumni Meet in 11 Years
The First Alumni Reunion of the students of AALO 1 & 16 Study Homes at Behala was held on 10th May 2015. About 120 students attended the gathering. Many guardians too were present.
It was held to celebrate the 10th anniversary of both the Homes. The journey began way back in 2004, and now it’s 2015, during when AALO 1 & 16 have produced scores of good and successful students.
Majority of these students would never dream of pursuing academics on a regular route because of their families’ economic condition but their tenure of study in AALO 1 & 16 had helped to change destiny.
HIGH SCHOOL COACHING HOMES Produce High Achievers out of Low Achievers
We all know High School Coaching Homes are meant for academically challenged students, who being low-achievers in school are not confident of crossing the formidable barrier of Secondary Board exam. With Lily Foundation’s special assistance through individual care, these students go for the first taste of success in life by passing the Madhyamik.
Although we are generally satisfied with our HSCH AALO project results every year, we attempt for better performance over last time. This year results encourage us more as we see scores of first divisioners brightening the image of our Homes.
Spelling Bee 2015 Results
The mothers and fathers were patient and eager in watching their own kids and other kids answering questions with confidence and steadiness one by one. The teamwork demonstrated by judges, parents and organizers set an example this year too, better so every year.
