Coming from a family of three, where family income is only Rs. 500/- (less than $12) a month, Usha scores 87% in Madhyamik 2008. Although handicapped in eye-sight, she participates in other school activities and competitions, such as Youth Parliament, Go-as-You-Like etc. She has been a Lily Foundation AALO Coaching Home student and getting help from Lily Foundation Book-bank. Usha loves reading and gardening in spare time. She wants to be a teacher.
