Coming from a family of 3 , where (father is missing and) mother earns only Rs. 800 /- a month (less than $ 17 ) as an untrained nurse , Pradip secures A average in the annual exam.

Pradip 's outside-school activities include a variety of things, such as tree-plantation programme, volunteer in Bakkhali Beach Festival, sports winning prizes, volunteer in blood donation camps and cricket tournaments. Also he helps mother in house-keeping and younger brother in studies. His hobbies are playing cricket and football, and painting. Pradip wants to be a scientist.
