Coming from a family of 3 with a monthly income of Rs. 1200 /- (less than $27 ) earned by mother (father deceased)  as a day-laborer , Dipankar receives 80% in Madhyamik Exam . He has been a student of Lily Foundation AALO Coaching Home. He credits coaching by the Home being the sole reason of his academic performance. He helps his mother in marketing, cleaning and shopping. Dipankar loves playing cricket. He wants to be a "real" engineer.
