Coming from a family of mother and son with an income of Rs. 1500 (less than $ 34 a month) where mother is the only income-earner (father deceased) , Arindam received A average in Higher Secondary Exam. H is leadership role in the community is impressive as he organizes annual social function every year on behalf of the local club. Besides, Arindam participates in sports winning prizes and donates blood in Red Cross camp. He won the first prize in 0.25 shooting competition in 2003. In everyday life, Arindam helps his mother in all domestic work. His hobby is painting and he wants to be a defence or police officer.
