Coming from a family of 4 , where father earns only Rs. 3000 /- a month (less than $ 63 ) from a telephone booth he owns , Bodhan secures 75% in the annual exam.

Bodhan has involved himself in a slew of extra-curricular activities, such as Haldia Utsav Drawing, Paschim Bangla Ra jya Yuba Utsav, Jagrata Chhatra Sammelan where he receives medals, in-school activities such as Science Talent Search, General Health Centre & St. John Ambulance and others. He wins certificates and prizes in most competitions. At home he helps younger brother in his studies , and father in running the business. Bodhan's hobbies are drawing and gardening. He wants to be a good mechanical engineer.
